If you need to make a return there is no need to contact us. Simply parcel up the item, including the original packing slip, and return by your chosen method. As a small business we are unable to offer free return postage.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable service and getting a receipt for proof of postage.

Returns are accepted for online customers, we offer a full refund for item(s) returned. Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment date. Items must be in the same condition they were sent out in (tags attached, items unworn and unwashed). Final sale items (marked down items), accessories and intimates can not be returned. If you where eligible for Free U.K Delivery on your order, the total amount of £4 will be deducted from your return order.
